Returns & Refunds

Please note that we generally do not accept refunds or returns once an order has been placed and delivered. All sales are considered final.

Exchanges may only be accepted in specific cases, such as incorrect items received or manufacturing defects, and must be approved by our support team in advance.
If you believe your order qualifies for an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and supporting photos.

 

Damaged/Defective/Wrong Items

We want you to love your purchase. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect (wrong item sent), please contact us so we can make it right.

How to report a damaged or incorrect item

Please include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.

Eligibility & timeframe

  • Report within 7 days of delivery.
  • Item must be unused, with all original tags/labels and packaging.

What happens next

  • Our team will review your case and may request additional details.
  • Once approved, we will offer an exchange for the correct item (subject to stock availability) or a suitable alternative if the original is unavailable.
  • We’ll provide return or replacement instructions and cover shipping costs for approved damaged, defective, or wrongly sent items.

  • This policy applies only to damaged, defective, or incorrect (wrong) items.
  • We do not accept returns or refunds for other reasons such as change of mind, size preference, or accidental orders.
