Exchange Policy

  1. Exchange Guidelines for Purchases Made on Our Website:
    - Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.
    - Day 1 is counted as the confirmed delivery date from the courier.
    - Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges after this period.

  2. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition.
    - Tags must remain attached, items must not be worn or washed, and the packaging must be intact.

  3. When requesting an exchange, please provide your order number and the product name so we can confirm stock availability.

  4. If the requested item is out of stock:
    - You may choose another product of equal or higher value by covering the price difference.

  5. Please note that in-store exchanges are not possible, as inventory is managed separately for online orders.

  6. Each order qualifies for one exchange only.

  7. Products marked as “Sale” or “Raffle” are final sale and cannot be exchanged, returned, or refunded.

Important Notes

  1. Once an order has been placed and paid for:
    - It cannot be canceled, refunded, or returned.
    - Exchanges are possible for another item of equal or greater value (with payment of the difference).

  2. If your chosen exchange results in a price difference:
    - You may add additional products to reach the full value.
    - Any unused balance will not be refunded.
