Exchange Policy
- Exchange Guidelines for Purchases Made on Our Website:
- Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Day 1 is counted as the confirmed delivery date from the courier.
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges after this period.
- Items must be returned in their original, unused condition.
- Tags must remain attached, items must not be worn or washed, and the packaging must be intact.
- When requesting an exchange, please provide your order number and the product name so we can confirm stock availability.
- If the requested item is out of stock:
- You may choose another product of equal or higher value by covering the price difference.
- Please note that in-store exchanges are not possible, as inventory is managed separately for online orders.
- Each order qualifies for one exchange only.
- Products marked as “Sale” or “Raffle” are final sale and cannot be exchanged, returned, or refunded.

- Once an order has been placed and paid for:
- It cannot be canceled, refunded, or returned.
- Exchanges are possible for another item of equal or greater value (with payment of the difference).
- If your chosen exchange results in a price difference:
- You may add additional products to reach the full value.
- Any unused balance will not be refunded.
